I'm with you, Jayne. So frustrating that the times RI makes the national news seem to be when some of our elected (or almost-elected) folks act in ways that seem really short-sighted and poorly thought-out.
Let's hope that 2011 is a time when we instead are noticed for our innovative stance on wind farms, educational reform and jobs creation!
